Utopia features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing Queen over Queen bunk rooms with private en-suite baths as well. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and comes equipped with a full outdoor built-in kitchen, gas grill and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed wifi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment! There is a Rinnai for instant hot water and multiple ice makers for all the summer drinks!

As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Granite counter tops and porcelain oversized tiles throughout the kitchen and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 60" 1080p smart tv in the living room, Game Room or one of the additional 8 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.

After a day of playing at the beach you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various colour modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub. THE PERFECT VACATION HOME!

This home was absolutely perfect!!! We went with my 4 other siblings and their spouses and children as well as my Mom. There were 19 of us total and there was plenty of room! Its decorated beautifully. Loved the fact that every room had their own bathroom and there was a half bath for everyone when hanging out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly thought of that we may have needed. The pool and Hot tub were a hit. It is a large pool and plenty of lounge chairs which made it great for all of us to hang out, especially because it rained almost the entire trip. The owners are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely care. Oh AND the location was wonderful! Golf cart ride to the grocery store, specialty shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the outdoor mall. Also, short walk to the beach!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!
